Steps to Place An Order & Make Your Payment

1) Enquire via SMS to 012-9196012 or email fingertouch.kl@gmail.com or PM our admin on FB (Musfirah Tajuddin) the product code number and quantity of item desired.

2) We will confirm the stock first. Please wait for our reply. Fastest reply will be via SMS.

3) To reserve an item, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to hold the item(s) up to 3 days only. Items will be opened for sale on the 4th day onwards if no further action is taken.

4) Made your payment via your preferred mode:

Then, SMS to 012-9196012 the amount of payment and reference number, if any.

5) Choose your delivery mode. Send us via SMS, email or FB inbox your contact details and delivery address.

6) Delivery will only be arranged after the clearance of full payments. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery arrangements.

7) Please note that all soldable items is not exchangable. Money refunding also will not be entertained. Kindly consult us before making any payments.
